A Personal Invitation

In approximately 60 days we will convene the 40th annual BDPA National Technology Conference & Career Fair, plus many youth focused activities including our signature youth programs (HSCC, IT Showcase, Mobile App Showcase, and the Youth Technology Camp).

We have created this conference experience with the expectation that it exceeds all previous conferences related to quality, quantity, and fun.

We have added new experiences like speed networking and the BDPA Experience “The Journey of African Americans in Technology”. These additions are aimed to help participants grow as leaders by helping them reach their career aspirations.

We will also be showcasing strategic partners and partnerships such as our co-locating conference partner the Institute on African American Mentoring in Computer Science (IAAMCS.org). This is a unique partner made up of teachers and college students pursuing tech degrees from universities across the country. They will be sharing space and merging for some events. We will also have other partners represented onsite like Indiana University Purdue University in Indianapolis (IUPUI), Global Leadership Forum (GLF), and ITSMF.

I need your help to make this conference as known as possible by all blacks in technology.

I have a few simple requests:
  1. SPREAD THE WORD
  2. REGISTER YOURSELF AND STUDENTS
  3. COME READY TO LEARN, BE INSPIRED, and TRANSFORMED
SPREAD THE WORD
