The Vice President of Finance provides leadership for the following Director position in executing to the goals and objectives of the department:


Budget & Administration Department

The Budget & Administration Department is responsible for creating and monitoring BPDA Cincinnati Chapter’s annual budget. Additionally, this Department is responsible for quarterly budget reporting to National BDPA.

The annual budget is presented to the Local Board of Directors (BOD) for approval on or before the November BOD meeting.
