Rear Admiral Osie V. Combs, U.S. Navy (Ret.), addresses parents and students during the annual scholarship and awards banquet about exciting STEM careers both in the U.S. Navy and Corporate America. The Admiral was Program Manager for the Navy's SEAWOLF Attack Submarine Program and he also served as Chief Engineer Space and Warfare Systems Command (SPAWARSYSCOM) where he was responsible for the total platform integration of C4ISR and surveillance systems for the Navy, Marine Corps and selected joint programs.
