The Marketing Department coordinates and manages both the marketing and public relations efforts on the behalf of the BDPA Cincinnati Chapter. This is accomplished through the following channels:

Recruitment & Retention Department
The primary goal and objective of the Recruitment & Retention Department is to increase the membership of BDPA Cincinnati Chapter. The Membership Team achieves that goal by focusing on the following areas and providing the necessary membership support services:
- Member Recruitment
- Member Application Processing
- New Member Orientation
- Membership Retention
- Membership Renewal Notification

Contact Management
The Contact Management Department provides the services necessary to maintain and facilitate communication with its’ membership and supporter base. Support is provide in the areas of:
