Our organization aspires to provide STEM training and mentoring from the classroom to the boardroom. BDPA Hampton Roads chapter was chartered in February 2009 with more than sixty members from various organizations and universities including NASA, General Dynamics Information Technology, Sabre Systems, Ferguson Enterprises, Old Dominion University, Hampton University, and Norfolk State University.

The BDPA Hampton Roads Board of Directors is designed to facilitate effective communication and action among its members within the Hampton Roads Community. The board serves as the governing body of the organization with administrative channels through which information and direction is disseminated.

BDPA's strength is to develop leaders at every level who are accountable for achieving business results in a non-profit environment. The marketable skills obtained by the leadership experiences propel BDPA members in the competitive marketplace.
