Ms. Williams has over 18 years of Information, Communications, and Technology (ICT) industry experience with publishing, e-learning, and cyber security in public, private, and academic sectors and is a Principal with KMD Technology, LLC. She has a BA in Foreign Languages and an MA in International Affairs/Public Policy from Georgetown University. She is a Ph.D candidate at Walden University in Applied Management and Decision Sciences with a specialization in Management Information Systems. Ms. Williams is an instructor for local BDPA High School Computer Competition (HSCC) Teams.

Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) has a great Computer Forensics program. PGCC is a CyberWATCH (Cybersecurity: Washington Area Technician and Consortium Headquarters) Regional ATE Center of an NSF funded grant. CyberWATCH  is a consortium of ten community colleges, eight universities, federal and state agencies and businesses, addressing the need for a greater and better educated workforce in computer and network security.
