show broadcast hosted by notable Baton Rouge Constable, Major Reginald R.
Brown, Sr. on Sunday, March 17, 2013. "Major Topics” concentrates
on topics concerning safety in the community and developing solutions to better
the communities for our children.

BDPA-BR participates in BCBSL - Baton Rouge Interfaith Breakfast for Wellness Event
In celebration of African
American Heritage Month, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana – The Baton Rouge Interfaith Breakfast for Wellness. It will be held at Mt. Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, 9700 Scenic Hwy from 9am - Noon. Exhibitions will be held from 11am - Noon. The Baton Rouge Interfaith Breakfast for Wellness is a free event, which will include a breakfast, program, and exhibits. A ticket is needed for the breakfast and program. BDPA-BR will be participating in the exhibition. It will be the only information technology vendor participating. Family members are encouraged to attend.

Student BDPA-BR member, John Thomas, and VP of Finance, Glenda Chappell, were recently invited to join Councilwoman Ronnie Edwards as her guests on the Spotlight on District 5 public affairs television show.
The interview will air each Sunday and Tuesday during the month of September @ 8:30 p.m. on Metro 21. There are two guests per show, and BDPA is featured during the second half of the show. Please watch, and pass the word, to help us inform the community about our great organization.
