Bio Gina L. Billings
Since 1981, Ms. Billings has been a dedicated employee of Hewlett Packard managing vendor service delivery throughout the United States and Canada. Using State-of-the-art systems, she ensures reliability, customer satisfaction, and measurability. Designated as an African American woman on the move, she has been featured in Who’s Who in Black Cincinnati. Ms. Billings holds an Associates of Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio and subsequently, a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Xavier University. In adding to her list of educational accomplishments, she obtained a master’s certificate in project management from the George Washington University, Washington, DC. As a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Ms. Billings works to support technology initiatives around America and in her home town by serving on a number of advisory boards: CincyTech USA, Xavier University’s MIS Executive Advisory Board, BDPA National Executive Board and BDPA National Board of Directors.

Gina L. Billings is the BDPA National Immediate Past President. Ms. Billings has served in a number of BDPA leadership positions and has been a member of the BDPA National Board since 2002.
