Bio Cassandra Seibles

Cassandra Seibles serves as the BDPA National VP of Membership Management. In this position, she is responsible for Sustaining Membership Growth, Membership Value Creation, Development of Chapter Operations, and related Training and Development Programs.

Cassandra is a driven and highly motivated professional with technical and leadership experience. She has a demonstrated track record in project management methodologies and tools, systems administration and process engineering and leadership; using over 10 years of technology experience to support achievement of overall corporate goals and objectives while ensuring quality results.

Cassandra holds her B.S. in Information Systems from the University of South Carolina. She also holds her certification in Business Process Management from the University of North Carolina and the Executive Business Essentials and Leadership Certificate from Wake Forest University.

She is an active community volunteer. Ms. Seibles currently volunteers for the Big Brother, Big Sisters program, the Charlotte Chamber’s Black Professional Network and Black Data Processing Associates (BDPA) Charlotte Chapter. She has volunteered with many other organizations and also held a Board Positions with Women in Technology-Charlotte, CIO Forum, and the Blue Diamond Awards-Charlotte Chamber.

Cassandra started volunteering with BDPA in 1998 as a part of the college chapter in Columbia, SC and went on to start college chapters in Charlotte, NC as well as serve as chapter president for 5 years, immediate past president and VP of Member Services.
