A 2-5 page White Paper on your topic is required in addition to the items submitted via the abstract database. A complete workshop slide presentation will also be required within 45 days of your acceptance as a presenter.
Presenters should select from Youth, College, or Adult Workshop topics listed on the Call for Presenters page. However, if you have an industry topic that is leading edge and within the areas of focus but is not on the list, we encourage you to submit your idea for special consideration.
Click here to access the online submission form or by using the following URL: https://bdpa.site-ym.com/?page=Abstract
Submitting the Workshop Abstract
Workshop abstracts are submitted online and should be one (1) page in length. Abstracts cannot be substituted for White Papers but they can be a portion taken from your White Paper. You must complete a separate abstract for each distinct presentation you wish to submit by January 31, 2013. This is a requirement even if the same topic will be presented in two or more forums. However, only one (1) White Paper needs to be submitted per topic.
All submitters will be notified of acceptance, regret or wait listed by February 15, 2013. Presenters are encouraged to upload a photograph and a bio at the time abstracts are submitted. Bios should be limited to a maximum of 250 words. The goal of the presenter bio is to provide us with a high-level view of your career and your major accomplishments. Photographs and presenter bios will be included in the 2013 Conference Guide.
